Artikel ini mengkaji bagaimana praktik sumber daya manusia yang inovatif menjadi landasan strategis dalam mewujudkan keunggulan rantai pasok berbasis talenta. Di tengah meningkatnya volatilitas pasar global dan kompleksitas operasional, organisasi semakin bergantung pada kelincahan modal manusia untuk meningkatkan visibilitas, responsivitas, serta kolaborasi lintas fungsi dalam operasional supply chain. Studi ini menyoroti peran inisiatif SDM tingkat lanjutseperti pengembangan talenta berbasis digital, pelatihan berbasis kompetensi, sistem kinerja berbasis data, dan kepemimpinan kolaboratif dalam memperkuat kapabilitas tenaga kerja yang secara langsung mendukung inovasi rantai pasok. Berdasarkan kajian empiris dan konseptual terbaru, analisis menunjukkan bahwa karyawan yang diberdayakan dan dikembangkan dengan baik mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, akurasi pengambilan keputusan, serta ketahanan supply chain. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa strategi SDM berorientasi talenta bukan hanya fungsi pendukung, tetapi merupakan penggerak utama daya saing rantai pasok yang berkelanjutan di era digital
